TeamLogic IT of Ellicott City manages the IT for my small business. They are highly responsive and go well above and beyond to keep me satisfied with our computer systems. My business is very dependent on computer systems and the employees are constantly backing up data and updating our systems to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Their customer service is fantastic and is always there to answer any questions you may have. I have also bought computer systems and peripherals from them. Their products are high quality, well known brand names at reasonable prices, and most importantly they stand behind everything they recommend.

I am the owner of a Kitchen and Bath remodeling company, our 365 account was hacked, so my entire team of 5 fell victim of an elaborate phishing scam. These hackers were able to steal all sorts of info and then use it to try and hack my bank account and wire money. Robert and Laksh were great to work with, they identified the scam, showed me the emails that were stolen and rigged and then helped clear my phone and laptop. They employed a full plan of IT security measures amongst the whole team, to keep us safe for the future. Thanks to TEAM LOGIC!!

Awesome experience with this company. They were able to rectify a problem that couldn't be solved by a previous IT guy. Technician Ben was super pleasant and very knowledgeable. The owner, Sunil, was professional and quick to come out to introduce himself. Would recommend to anyone with computer issues.

SOLVED THE ISSUE QUICKLY - WHEN OTHER COMPANIES COULDN'T!!!!!!! Our sign company was pulling out our hair for a month with our VOIP and internet dropping out randomly. Drove us all insane and we lost a LOT of business. After a month of ongoing visits from other IT companies and Comcast, nothing was resolved. The techs would come for hours and be stumped. We have a lot of equipment like routers and printers. We replaed switches, routers, wiring, ran netowrk monitoring and NOBODY COULD FIGURE IT OUT. Within 21 minutes, Chuck at TeamLogic was on to something. WIthin the 2 hours he was able to figure our CNC machine had restarted and shared the same IP as our router causing all sorts of issues. We are so glad to be back in business thanks Chuck, getting you a Turkey for Thanksgiving mate!!!!

I can't say enough about this company! I wish I had found them before spending many, many hours helping a relative (unsuccessfully) sort out her issues. A team Logic rep came to the home and spent about 2 hours getting all Apple devices working perfectly together. I would never have figured it out. On top of other issues, there have been some changes with AOL/Verizon that have created some glitches. The technician also helped with resetting passwords, and gave a few hints to make other things easier in the future. His visit was followed up by two calls to make sure everything was running properly. Everyone was patient with our lack of computer savvy, and everyone in the company is extremely professional and courteous. I am comfortable referring this company to my friends and relatives. Patrick came out and helped me streamline the IT in our office as well as switch over from windows to Mac. He worked efficiently and got everything we needed done. The follow up was excellent as we found some spyware that needed remedying. Sunil and Patrick are very responsive and ensured we were satisfied with the work done.
