I am the owner of a Kitchen and Bath remodeling company, our 365 account was hacked, so my entire team of 5 fell victim of an elaborate phishing scam. These hackers were able to steal all sorts of info and then use it to try and hack my bank account and wire money. Robert and Laksh were great to work with, they identified the scam, showed me the emails that were stolen and rigged and then helped clear my phone and laptop. I can't say enough about this company! I wish I had found them before spending many, many hours helping a relative (unsuccessfully) sort out her issues. A team Logic rep came to the home and spent about 2 hours getting all Apple devices working perfectly together. I would never have figured it out. On top of other issues, there have been some changes with AOL/Verizon that have created some glitches. The technician also helped with resetting passwords, and gave a few hints to make other things easier in the future. His visit was followed up by two calls to make sure everything was running properly.
