A malware site took over my computer, posed as Microsoft, and directed me to call in to talk with one of their software development specialists. My whole system was completely disabled. The animated flashing graphics looked and sounded hinky to me. Glad I called our IT folks. They were able to disarm the malware remotely and get me back up and running. Catastrophe averted! So thankful we have our Team Logic superheroes to fly in and save the day!
