Joshua Etienne and those around him are an absolute credit to TeamLogic. Rarely have I felt so confident that a complicated issue would be resolved. Joshua tracked the problem to the source and never gave up on resolving this issue. Even when the source was outside of his control, he continued to keep pressure on the 3rd party to resolve the issue for me.
