Regi and his team - Justin, Carlos, and Poula - are nothing short of amazing. ELAP is a nonprofit legal organization. We do not have tech infrastructure in place. We provide invaluable services to the community - legal aid to low-income King County residents. We would not be able to do it without TeamLogic. They are instrumental to our operation. this review is really for Justin at teamlogic IT. Not only has he gone above and beyond for us, he takes his time understanding the root of the problem and doesn't rush the issue. He communicates very well and educates you on what to do in the future. I've encountered other techs with teamlogic but nothing beats Justin. Such a gem!

When I got to work early monday morning, my virtual server was offline. I tried everything I could to get it back online, but it was beyond my ability. I was unable to get a response for service from other IT service providers I had called that morning, until I called TeamLogic. Regi answered the telephone and and I briefly told him my problem. Within a half-hour, one of his IT professionals was in my office troubleshooting the problem. He persistently worked the problem until it was solved. In addition to my problem being solved, their responsiveness to my disaster is why I rated TeamLogic with a five star rating. TeamLogic will be who I work with in the future for all of my IT needs.

This was our first time working with Regi and his team. We shipped a bunch of networking equipment from NJ to our Bellevue office and needed someone to assist remotely in getting a rack installed and equipment racked. Once all that was done, we then had to migrate users from existing equipment to the new. My users experienced at most 30 minutes of downtime while we migrated so it was done during the lunch hour and it was back to business when they got back from lunch. Pictures were sent back of the installed rack with the new equipment and to my surprise, a patch panel that was mounted on the wall had been moved to the new rack without this being on my checklist I had provided to TeamLogic IT! Above and beyond my expectations! TeamLogic IT will be our go to team on any future projects in this office. Great job guys!

He was so incredibly professional and was able to understand what I was looking for, despite my lack of a technical vocabulary.
