Only issue was I asked Ahmed to let me know he was done and also asked him to let me know if they got the card access to work on the wired connection. He did not do that, and I had to text Steve my displeasure with this. He got back to me quickly saying there was an issue with a fiber cable, but all was good now. Then Ahmed emailed me the next day to say the card access was put onto the wired connection.

Steve was wonderful!!! I work at a local law firm and our internet went down which was a major issue since all of our work is done via computer.
