TeamLogic IT (Ashland) is so great to work with. My technician - Lance - was really friendly and patient while helping us. We loved that he could remotely take control of our computer and fix the issues within a few minutes. As a small company, we appreciate TeamLogic being our "remote IT Department". Even though most of our issues pertained to improving productivity and resolving some access issues - Lance was highly skilled and knew just what to do! These guys really know their stuff and provide excellent value when it comes to managing your fleet of IT hardware and software. We switched to TeamLogicIT after spending several frustrating years with another group. TeamLogicIT offers all of the pros of a much larger service (access to the top security software, etc). with the customer service you would expect from a five star small business. My company is based in central Virginia with operations up and down the east coast. Alan and his team are able to provide support regardless of where my employees are. Whenever we do need a hand, TeamLogicIT responds as if they were an internal company department. They have our back, which allows us to focus on serving OUR customers.
