After serving six years in the United States Air Force, Dan held various technical jobs focusing on software and database architecture and management. In 2000, Dan became a founding member of a tech startup, PrecisionBI. Here, he focused on databases and business intelligence software for the healthcare industry. Dan spent 18 years with PrecisionBI, leading product strategy, development, and the business unit. After PrecisionBI, he led analytics departments for two medium-sized companies and was a healthcare solutions architect for large healthcare organizations. Currently, he is the president of TeamLogic IT of Wyomissing, where he leads strategy, operations, and sales.

After receiving her B.A. in Communications, Jen started her professional career as a visual merchandising and marketing associate. While staying home to raise her three sons, she worked from home as a journalist for the local newspaper and owned a color consulting and interior design company where she worked part-time with a local home builder. When her family was of age, she entered back into the workforce as a Marketing and Communications professional. Most recently, Jen held a position as Marketing Manager for an IT MSP and is currently the Managing Editor for Nuna Baby, a global consumer goods company that designs premium travel and in-home baby gear.

Born with glasses, keyboard, and mouse in hand, Russ has always been an avid lover of computers and technology in general.  After building computers for ten years and graduating from Full Sail University, Russ started his own business, consulting for start-ups, providing technical direction and web design services, and creating and developing new experiences for clients within the entertainment industry. More recently, he transitioned back into his passion, technology, working for several MSPs and bolstering his skillset, knowledge, and exposure.  Now, Russ fulfills the role of Level III Technician for TeamLogic IT of Wyomissing.
