He is passionate about helping businesses leverage technology to improve efficiency, strengthen security, and support long-term growth. Under Kirk's leadership, TeamLogic IT Germantown was recognized as TeamLogic IT's Franchisee of the Year, the organization's highest honor, awarded for exceptional leadership, innovation, growth, and commitment to clients and the brand. Kirk takes pride in building trusted relationships with clients and helping them align technology decisions with their business goals. When he's not working with clients or exploring new technology solutions, he enjoys planning future adventures and hopes to one day learn Italian and hike the historic trails to Machu Picchu.
John Halama combines extensive experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems with a hands-on approach to solving problems. He helps businesses navigate technology challenges while ensuring they have the support and strategic guidance needed to succeed. John's leadership helped contribute to TeamLogic IT Germantown being named TeamLogic IT's Franchisee of the Year, recognizing the team's commitment to excellence, growth, and client service. Outside of technology, John enjoys tackling projects around the house and has personally renovated much of his own home. One skill he still hopes to master is learning to play a musical instrument.
Erik Esser has been helping TeamLogic IT clients align technology with their business goals for the past six years. As a Senior Account Manager, he serves as a strategic technology advisor, working closely with business leaders to develop IT roadmaps, prioritize technology investments, strengthen cybersecurity, and ensure technology supports long-term growth and operational success. With an MBA and Master of Project Management (MPM), Erik brings a unique blend of business strategy and technology expertise to every client relationship. His career in IT began when he led technology strategy and deployment efforts during a corporate spin-off, sparking his interest in helping organizations use technology as a competitive advantage. He is particularly excited about the future of AI, automation, and data intelligence and how these technologies can help businesses improve efficiency and achieve their goals. Outside of work, Erik enjoys weight training, spending time with family, friends, and his dogs, tackling home improvement projects, and exploring emerging trends in AI and automation. He also speaks German and spent a year living in Germany while supporting the development of an automotive security system for Saab. His favorite technologies to use each day include Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
Jeffrey has been with TeamLogic IT for two years and serves as a Systems Engineer, supporting clients while also helping his fellow team members tackle technical challenges. One of his favorite parts of the role is teaching and mentoring others, sharing his knowledge and experience to help the team grow. Jeff got his start in IT working for the headquarters of a local sub sandwich shop and has since developed extensive expertise with Windows systems. Looking ahead, he is especially interested in seeing whether self-driving cars become a common part of everyday life, even if his own favorite piece of daily technology is a little more practical: the coffee machine. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys stepping away from technology and spending time in nature.
Killian has been with TeamLogic IT for nearly two years as an Operations Technician. In his role, he handles Level 2 support tickets, assists with projects, and provides on-site support for clients. He especially enjoys the opportunity to continually learn new things and expand his technical knowledge. Killain’s interest in technology began in middle school, and before joining TeamLogic IT, he spent eight years working on WisDOT’s ITS Maintenance contract, helping improve, maintain, and install critical infrastructure technology throughout Wisconsin. He holds CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, and ETA Fiber Optics Installer certifications and maintains a home lab where he experiments with a variety of technologies. Rather than favoring one particular tool, Killian enjoys understanding how different technologies work and can be applied. Outside of work, Killian enjoys video games, hiking, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and working on his house. An avid gamer and audiobook listener, he has more than 1,000 games in his Steam library and over 500 titles in his Audible library.
Matthew has been with TeamLogic IT for more than a year and brings 13 years of progressive experience in the IT industry to his role as Service Delivery Manager. He leads the Service Delivery Team, overseeing Tier 1, 2, and 3 technicians and helping ensure clients receive the support they need. He enjoys that every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to continue learning. Matthew began his IT career as a junior technician at a remote help desk and has since gained experience across a variety of roles in the industry. Looking ahead, he is particularly interested in seeing how artificial intelligence continues to evolve and impact the IT industry. One of the technologies he relies on most in his day-to-day work is Autotask. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also puts his knowledge to the test by participating in local trivia events.
Michael helps TeamLogic IT clients get the most from their technology by building strong relationships and understanding their business needs. As an Account Manager, he stays closely connected with clients, conducts regular business reviews, maintains technology roadmaps, identifies risks and opportunities, and coordinates internal resources to help clients achieve their goals. He especially enjoys the client interaction that comes with this role. Michael made a deliberate career change into IT after nearly 20 years in operations, leadership, and B2B sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Technology along with CSM, PSM, and CSPO certifications. His extensive business and relationship experience helps him connect technology solutions to real business needs. He is particularly excited about the possibilities of AI and the opportunity to help clients navigate new technology with confidence. Outside of work, Michael enjoys golfing and spending time with his kids. He also has a knack for working song lyrics, movie quotes, and pop culture references into everyday conversations. An enthusiastic AI user, some of his favorite tools include Hatz AI, ChatGPT, and Claude.
Caleb joined TeamLogic IT as an IT Operations Intern while pursuing his degree in IT - Cybersecurity at Waukesha County Technical College. In his role, he helps manage the support queue, works through Level 1 tickets, and assists with day-to-day operations while continuing to build his technical skills. He especially enjoys working alongside the TeamLogic IT team to solve a wide variety of technical challenges. Caleb has earned certifications as a TestOut Network Pro and Office Specialist and was recognized with a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense designation during college. His interest in technology goes beyond the classroom and office; he enjoys experimenting with his own Linux environment and is particularly interested in how AI will continue to shape cybersecurity and other areas of technology. Outside of IT, Caleb enjoys working on cars, attending concerts, and fishing. He also runs a photography business on the side, photographing events including weddings.
Philip has been with TeamLogic IT for more than three years and leads the Professional Services and AI Enablement team. He oversees project planning and delivery, develops project management processes, and works with Account Management to ensure clients have clear expectations throughout their projects. He also leads TeamLogic IT’s AI Enablement practice, helping develop new AI services, guide client assessments and implementations, and drive the adoption of AI and automation across the organization. Phil began his professional IT career in 2007 as an entry-level technician in the print and manufacturing industry, though his interest in technology started much earlier with his first computer, a TI-99. He enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and finding practical ways to use new technology. He is particularly excited about AI and automation and their potential to reduce repetitive work, help people solve problems faster, and make powerful capabilities more accessible. Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Phil has always enjoyed the outdoors. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, paddleboarding, cooking, playing games, and tackling projects at home. He often brings his dogs, Hazel and Luna, along on outdoor adventures, and one of his favorite technologies to use is Claude Code.
