I put in 2 tickets in regard to issues with my surface. My surface was lagging and freezing every couple of seconds, and then I had a credentials issue. Kyle was amazing. He responded immediately and professionally. Both issues were resolved in a reasonable timeframe. The following day I had a residual issue which was going to cause me to miss deadlines if I couldn't access this part of my computer right away. He again contacted me within minutes of my ticket going in. The residual issue which was not able to be fixed properly years ago was corrected within 15 minutes. Kyle is a life safer. Professional.
