They are not only efficient with responding and servicing any issues, but they are invaluably helpful in solving complex issues that arise, and go above and beyond to ensure our needs are resolved. Several times Josh and his team have saved us with his timely response and expertise. I whole heartedly recommend this firm for IT support. Last month our office was nearly destroyed by flooding and on the day of the flood Josh made time for us and actually showed up to help us salvage what we could and make a plan to replace what we could not. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly five years and have many other examples that I could list where they delivered more than expected.
