I am so grateful for our company's partnership with TeamLogic IT. They are not only efficient with responding and servicing any issues, but they are invaluably helpful in solving complex issues that arise, and go above and beyond to ensure our needs are resolved. I recently had an issue with our website, and our web services company didn't seem to understand the root cause of the issue. As I am not a tech expert, I could not help. TeamLogic IT stepped in and spent so much time on the phone with us and our web services company to resolve the issue which got things back on track for our partners and customers. I do not generally write reviews but Team Logic Torrance goes so far above what is expected to do a great job I thought I should share my experience. Several times Josh and his team have saved us with his timely response and expertise. I whole heartedly recommend this firm for IT support. Last month our office was nearly destroyed by flooding and on the day of the flood Josh made time for us and actually showed up to help us salvage what we could and make a plan to replace what we could not. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly five years and have many other examples that I could list where they delivered more than expected.
