A pop up appeared on my computer and locked it with an urgent message to call Microsoft. It was loud, beeping, and advised not to turn off the computer. I called Team Logic. While a tech was assisting another customer and couldn’t call me back right away, he (Grey) sent me an email saying by pressing Ctl Alt and Delete at the same time should solve the problem. He was absolutely right and then followed up with a call to me shortly thereafter to make sure all was okay!
