Feeling very grateful for Kassahun and Team Logic IT as they were able to take what seemed to be a dead in the water printer and bring it back to life. I literally dropped it off and then had a call back within 30 minutes asking me to come and pick it up. Apparently the drum head needed to be cleaned. Saved me from ditching a perfectly good printer. These are great people to work with. Thank you again Kassahun for identifying the problem and coming to a resolution so quickly.
