Though our company has used Team Logic IT for years, I've only had two direct experiences with them, and both have been great. Easy to work with, thorough, and courteous.

I am the CEO/President of Pro Instruct, Inc. (501c3 non-profit). Team Logic has brought our Dream to life in a webpage to promote a free camp to deserving kids. Tony and his team have provided everything I need and help me adjust as we add assets to the business. We offer baseball camps free to youth 7-14 years of age. The main focus is basic instruction and participation in teamwork. The overarching message is everyone has a talent and ability to develop skills to pursue their interests and have a career that is interesting, challenging and rewarding, but you need to be educated and put into practice the skills you develop to be the best at anything. It takes hard work and determination, focus and see it through. We believe DARE to DREAM and pursue it if you believe in yourself.

Throughout my tenure with Paradigm, Team Logic IT, has consistently provided top-notch service and support. Whether I was in the United States or traveling abroad, their team was always able to assist me with any computer or IT-related issues I encountered, which is extremely valuable for someone who is not particularly computer savvy. Their response time is excellent, and even if you are unable to reach them immediately, they always return messages as soon as possible. The level of customer care they provide is outstanding, and they are always professional, easy to speak with, and quick to resolve issues. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional IT support.

Tony and his team are great! I have 4 insurances offices across South Alabama and TeamLogic handles the IT work for each one. They have taken a ton of work off of my plate which has been a huge help. I would highly recommend them.

David listened to me describe the problem while I clicked thru and showed him what I was experiencing. He then quickly got to it, identified and fixed problem. At this point I assured him that I would clean up the folder on my own and we could end the call. All is well.
