Our company, Keller Williams Realty has contracted with TeamLogic IT since 2013. During this time they have consistently provided a level of service that we completely depend on to handle the emergencies that seem to happen with IT. Their support system has handled everything from a single computer not connecting to the network to a power outage that has taken everything down and of course must be brought back up immediately. The help desk is very strong at supporting issues remotely lessening the need for someone to be on site. When the issue requires onsite services their response time is very fast. We have also used them to install complete upgrades to our phone and internet system and both were handled efficiently and professionally. Their wide range of knowledge has been an asset to our company. We annually renew our contract for services, and each year recognize the value it provides. I have complete trust that they can get us out of any jam.

TeamLogic IT of Pasadena is a joy to work with. Their team is eager to help and always provide a level support that you would expect from a Managed Service Provider. Keep in mind, they work primarily with businesses, rather than individual consumers. They do have a hourly rate for clients, but it's more for businesses.
