My ThinkPad laptop computer I use for business purposes works so reliability and with such satisfaction that I rarely need IT support. When I do, which is only a few times per year at most, TeamLogicIT is my troubleshooting solution. My issues are seldom urgent but they always treat them as though they are. They get back to me and link into my computer and I-phone if needed to quickly understand and begin tackling my issues. I do not claim to be the most technology savvy person, and although more often than not my issues are self-induced, TeamLogicIT treats me with the same courtesy and respect as if I had no hand in the issue whatsoever. Today I was assisted by Chris Maurer. He stuck with me for an extended period, pausing for research as necessary, and got everything sorted successfully. I was quicly back operating at maximum efficiency. TeamLogicIT has always left me with the impression that they enjoy solving user problems, the more difficult the better. Thank you TeamLogicIT!
