We opened TeamLogic IT in Monroeville to change that by delivering reliable managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions tailored to the needs of Pittsburgh-area businesses.

After more than 25 years working in large corporate IT and cybersecurity environments, Brian Edwardo made the decision to do something different and more meaningful. Following a workforce reduction at Dell, Brian chose to bring enterprise-level IT and security expertise back home to the Pittsburgh area, with a focus on helping small and mid-sized businesses operate securely, efficiently, and confidently. Having seen firsthand how predatory, pushy, and untrustworthy IT providers damage client trust, he knew there was a better way to support local businesses.

Grace Edwardo brings a strong customer service mindset and a passion for helping people to the business. Her background spans business ownership, global sales, and healthcare, giving her a unique ability to understand client needs, communicate clearly, and ensure every interaction is thoughtful and supportive. She is focused on creating a positive client experience where businesses feel heard, valued, and confident in the partnership. Together, Brian and Grace combine deep technical expertise with a people-first approach, believing that the best IT partnerships are built on transparency, trust, and clear communication.
