Alex is a dedicated and current IT professional I have known and engaged for over 5 years. So convenient he is familiar with both Apple and Windows environments, and patient enough so that even I was able to master switching files between! Responsive and attentive to service requests. Remote service or onsite, Alex has met or exceeded all my tech challenges.

Started last month to use the back up service Team Logic IT provides. Very good price. Also feel comfortable knowing that I am covered in case my computer crashes or any file gets corrupted. Daily backups are kept for one year with convenient retrieval! They were prompt in setting it up and prompt in answering questions. I am for sure going back to them for future IT needs.
