Greetings, my name is William "Dusty" Jackson and I am a retired U.S. Naval Officer (Mustang), who proudly served our country for 26 years in the Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications field. After retiring, I spent the next 14 years serving in leadership roles in the IT field as a contractor (Knowledge Manager), non-profit (CISO, CTO & CIO) and federal government (Technical Integrator) for Department of Veterans Affairs and (Bank Examiner/Bank Information Technology (BIT)) and (Northeast District BIT Lead Expert Support) for Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. I have been married to Pamela D. Jackson for 36 years, and have 3 kids, (Grown and out the house BUT not out my pockets!) and 9 grand-kids. In addition to spending time with my family, I love to travel, go to sporting events, Audio, Video & Lighting (AVL) technology and helping businesses grow and succeed.

Carson is joining the family business as a Junior Technical Assistant, bringing strong enthusiasm and natural talent to the team. At just 14 years old, he already shows a deep passion for technology—especially coding, AI, and automation. His curiosity, discipline, and drive to learn make him a strong fit for hands-on technical work and real-world problem solving. Currently a freshman in high school, Carson is pursuing an Information Technology career pathway through the district’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. This early commitment to IT gives him a solid foundation in technical concepts and positions him for accelerated growth within the industry. Carson is excited to begin contributing to the business, developing his skills further, and supporting the team wherever he can. His energy, dedication, and love for technology make him a promising new addition to the organization.
