I really appreciate that you handle my issues promptly. I agree with the way you quarantine the emails, but I did not like that after you deleted an email it would stay for a long time before it fell off. David later fixed that for me, so that they would fall off in seven days not 30.

We brought on TeamLogic in the midst of an ownership change for our company.
