I recently had an issue with my laptop and couldn't access my business files. No matter what I tried, including 2 calls to Dell tech support, I couldn't get windows to open up. I frantically searched online for a data recovery expert and came across Ido from TeamLogic. IDO immediately walked me through some of my concerns and then had one of his team members reach out to me to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, the team needed to have access to my laptop and Ido graciously offered to pick up my laptop from his location In Dobbs Ferry to my house in Hartsdale. This was the first of many unexpected surprises from Ido. The next day I got a call from Ido letting me know that I needed a new hard-drive. After approving the invoice Ido and his team worked on Sunday to get me back the laptop on Monday. To top it off Ido drove all the way to Queens to get the laptop from his tech amd dropped it off on Monday as promised. My laptop is back up and running better and faster than it was before. I cant thank Ido and Dakota enough for their professionalism and amazing customer service. I highly recommend them for all your IT issues. Thanks gents!!!!!
