TeamLogic has been our IT service provider for the last 5 Years. They are very responsive and turn service requests around very quickly. James and other team members have been very helpful. They have provided us with 24/7 remote monitoring that detects, troubleshoots, and resolves problems, Full-Service Help Desk, Strategic Guidance, and they have knowledgeable technicians. I’m looking forward to work with them as our company grows.

I had to change out all the computers in my office to upgrade to Windows 10 - I was quite scared of how it would all work out with the required networking, saved data, profile data, etc. The guys at Team Logic IT accomplished ALL of the computer set-ups, INCLUDING all of the network settings and functionality, printers, data, applications and profile information without a single hiccup. It is as if nothing had changed (everything still works the same), except I have all new machines!! This is amazing! It was a completely painless experience. Todd was especially personable, helpful, attentive, accommodating, thorough, patient and professional throughout the process - It was mostly done overnight from a remote location, but Todd showed up in the morning and by noon the whole office (5 machines) was fully functional! I am SO impressed!

Excellent people, excellent skills, excellent experience utilizing their services

We are a midsized manufacturing company and gave TeamLogicIT one of the worst case scenarios when our former network administrator refused to give us any of the passwords. Michael and David worked around the clock over the weekend to re-build much of our network infrastructure so that we were up and running on Monday. They did a phenomenal job and our production was not impacted one bit. Despite the tough onboarding process we gave to TeamLogicIT, they didn’t blink an eye. Since then we have been pleased by the quick responses from their help-desk and/or Michael (Director of IT) himself. They have allowed us to manage what we want to (something we had never been allowed to by our former administrator) and we work together on many IT related things. We highly recommend Randy Reed’s team!

TeamlogicIT is a group of extremely professional people who relentlessly work to keep your network secure and backed up amongst a lot fo other things. We started an on boarding process without any passwords or information and their team meticulously breaks down and backdoors the system one layer at a time, works day and night to get everything secure and in control. It was seamless and an absolute dream come true in an even of changing your network support company.

Excellent service, 24hr oncall support. This is not a faceless corporate entity with overseas call centers they are locally owned and operated and the owner is directly involved with with his clients. We have been a customer of Team Logic for several years and strongly recommend their services.
