I first read about TeamLogic It online when it was just opening. A few months later I was experiencing server problems so I decided what the heck I will try them out. I stopped by their office and it was not a large retail space at all. This made me a little hesitant but I got the sense that the employees were very honest after a brief conversation with them. I took my server, explained the issues I have having and left it with them. After it was returned in one day, the server worked perfectly and since then I have not had an issue with it again. They were great people and now I feel If I have any IT problems in the future, I can count on them. Thanks TeamLogic!.

Truth is that all of this has increased the amount of "fuss" I need to deal with on multiple levels. So, although I would say that your team has done a good job to keep us from being hacked and safe on all fronts, it's not without its downfalls to productivity. But I guess this is what we will all need to get used to for the future

My experience with TeamLogic IT is always great. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. My only request is that we use Sharepoint a lot, and have created workflows and processes to help with repetitive business functions. It would be great if someone in TeamLogic could support us when we have issues with Sharepoint as we do not have a Sharepoint developer here on staff.
