Best IT experience I have had in the last 26 years working with the previous 6 IT provides. Now with Steve and his team we have a partner ship that truly helps 24-7.

Only issue was I asked Ahmed to let me know he was done and also asked him to let me know if they got the card access to work on the wired connection. He did not do that, and I had to text Steve my displeasure with this. He got back to me quickly saying there was an issue with a fiber cable, but all was good now. Then Ahmed emailed me the next day to say the card access was put onto the wired connection.

I had a very nice experience with Tech Kunal. He was patient, kind, and answered all my questions.

Steve was wonderful!!! I work at a local law firm and our internet went down which was a major issue since all of our work is done via computer. He came after hours and got the issue fixed in less then 24 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond any IT service I have had experience with.
