I was hit by ScareWare virus, and Michael Butcher at TeamLogic was recommended to me by a good friend. He responded immediately with detailed directions on how I could eliminate this virus, and it worked perfectly. He followed up with emails to make certain that I was successful. Michael also gave me excellent advice in response to my questions about future computer purchases and directions. All in all a fantastic experience!
