Harold’s background includes 19 years of computer programming and application development experience. His career started at Jackson State University, where he held several roles within the IT department. He then moved to Microtech Industries of MS as Vice President of Software Research and Development. Harold has both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Computer Science from JSU and an MBA from Belhaven University.
