TeamLogic IT’s Alisa Kunz Brings Expertise and Leadership to CompTIA Managed Services Community

TeamLogic IT, a national provider of managed IT services and technology support for businesses, today announced that Sr. Director, Sales Enablement Alisa Kunz has been elected to a leadership position and will serve on the executive council of the Managed Services Community of CompTIA, the leading trade association for the global technology industry.  

The CompTIA Managed Services Community includes influential industry leaders dedicated to developing best practices that promote the delivery of technology solutions via a managed services model.

“Alisa and the other executives that lead the Managed Services Community have great experience in developing strategies and tactics to help managed services providers become best-in-class organizations,” said Gary Bixler, vice president, global member communities.

As the Sr. Director, Sales Enablement, Alisa is responsible for the creation, implementation and adoption of the TeamLogic IT sales programs and systems by means of training, coaching and supporting the organizations more than 200 franchisee owners.

“I’m excited to offer my sales experience to the community, as well as learn from CompTIA’s many other executives,” said Kunz. “This is also an amazing opportunity to strengthen the relationship between CompTIA and the franchisees of TeamLogic IT.”    

Kunz brings more than 14 years of experience working in the managed services industry as a sales professional, and specializes in all things sales including, creating and implementing sales programs, direct sales, sales management training and sales coaching on a one-on-one basis or in a structured classroom. She enjoys using her skills to contribute to the advancement within individuals and to help increase revenue within their companies. Kunz incorporates her personal experiences in sales to help develop others. Prior to TeamLogic IT, she held a strategic accounts role at CA Technologies supporting Google and Chevron and was responsible for the entire product and services suite sold into the companies.

The CompTIA Managed Services Community leverages the collective expertise and wisdom of its members to help organizations strengthen their business operations, both internal and customer facing, to optimize the delivery of technology services.

Recent community initiatives designed to help technology service providers succeed included the creation of an hourly cost of service calculator, advice on how to advance and grow managed IT services business and a comprehensive examination of the lifecycle of a managed IT services customer.
