I moved my IT company and started using Team Logic IT because the previous company did not seem to be very up to date on changes happening in IT security.  They were extremely knowledgeable and Jason not only addressed my current IT & security concerns, but also gave me a road map for next year and special pricing on equipment they receive.

TeamLogic IT is very professional, knowledgeable and their response time is fast. Jason is outstanding! He solved our computer problems (believe me we had a lot) & always makes himself available when we contact him. We have them on speed dial for all our computers needs. AWESOME!!!!

We have used TeamLogic IT for many years and outsource all our IT work to them. They improve our security, recover any data, and help us with technical issues in general. We are not a very large company, but they provide service as if we are their largest customer. The employees there are very patient and actually listen to your problems, while explaining the issue and the solution instead of seeming to look down on your lack of IT knowledge . In most cases the staff is able to answer your call immediately. They are respectful, courteous and have wide ranging IT and computer skills. Prices are very reasonable compared to some larger IT support companies I have used before.

Sunil and Ben from TeamLogic IT have been a huge help and offered me guidance on the my IT issues. Their customer service is exceptional and their staff has a quick response time. They are easy to get a hold of and are generally always ready to help even on short notice. TeamLogic IT has been invaluable to me and I urge anyone to use them when having IT issues.

My partner and I just moved our office to a different location. The people at TeamLogic IT were a huge help to us. The moved all our computers and set them up in our new office without any problems. They were very efficient in their work and we would recommend them to anyone who needs IT help.

SOLVED THE ISSUE QUICKLY - WHEN OTHER COMPANIES COULDN'T!!!!!!! Our sign company was pulling out our hair for a month with our VOIP and internet dropping out randomly. Drove us all insane and we lost a LOT of business. After a month of ongoing visits from other IT companies and Comcast, nothing was resolved. The techs would come for hours and be stumped. We have a lot of equipment like routers and printers. We replaed switches, routers, wiring, ran netowrk monitoring and NOBODY COULD FIGURE IT OUT. Within 21 minutes, Chuck at TeamLogic was on to something. WIthin the 2 hours he was able to figure our CNC machine had restarted and shared the same IP as our router causing all sorts of issues. We are so glad to be back in business thanks Chuck, getting you a Turkey for Thanksgiving mate!!!!

I first read about TeamLogic It online when it was just opening. A few months later I was experiencing server problems so I decided what the heck I will try them out. I stopped by their office and it was not a large retail space at all. This made me a little hesitant but I got the sense that the employees were very honest after a brief conversation with them. I took my server, explained the issues I have having and left it with them. After it was returned in one day, the server worked perfectly and since then I have not had an issue with it again. They were great people and now I feel If I have any IT problems in the future, I can count on them. Thanks TeamLogic!.
