With over 10 years of experience in IT services for the SMB market, Zac leads the team with experience from the front lines. A never ending desire to learn helps keep Zac up to date on the latest technology trends and how they might affect his customers. In his spare time, Zac likes to play his guitar, wrestle with his two young boys and leads a Bible study at his church.

Jon has 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He came to TeamLogic from a large specialized medical practice where he was working as a computer engineer. He has worked in small and medium sized business environments, where he has had extensive experience with networks, servers, PC workstations, and advanced wireless networking. He has had special training in several different medical software platforms, including large EMR and EHR systems.

Charles is a well-rounded IT professional with over 12 yrs. of experience in providing technical support to a wide variety of home and small-to-medium sized business users. He’s provided help desk support and network administration for a broad range of companies from Medical Records, to Regional Banks, to Church/Non-Profit Organizations. Charles is currently pursuing certification from Comp TIA A+ and Microsoft for A+, Network +, and MCITP.

AJ is a former VoIP service tech with 3 years of VoIP computer support experience and over 20 years of customer service experience. Currently working on his Comp TIA A+, Network and Security Certification, AJ brings a mix of real world experiences with a passion for quality customer care.

Sean has over 15 years experience in the Technology Industry. He has held IT engineering and support roles in a fortune 500 company and has acquired a wide variety of skills, specializing in problem solving and IT hardware. He is in the process of obtaining his Cop TIA A+, Network+ and MCTS certifications.
