Frank is a 20 year veteran of the Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing industry having worked for large, global IT managed service providers over the course of his career. He has enterprise-wide experience in developing IT business strategies that create value for clients while re-engineering technology processes to increase productivity and efficiencies. Keys to his success are establishing initiatives which further growth and improve market presence and ensure that technology growth sustains business growth.

While managing multi billion dollar budgets, Frank has led IT and BPO organizations across multiple vertical industries and diverse geographies, helping to expand the footprint of IT and BPO services on a global basis. Frank brings a business approach to Information Technology that includes a deep understanding of the IT outsourcing value proposition and how it applies to the needs of businesses of all sizes.

He has also authored the book "How Technology Can Help You Manage and Grow Your Company", providing a reference guide to help organizations understand how technology impacts their daily business operations.
