Our company has less than 10 employees and we all wear different hats. Some months ago we hired TeamLogicIT with Jibu Mathews as President. They have recommended and implemented solutions to our computer needs, which I simply cannot keep up with. For example they implemented a mirrored backup solution where our hard disks are copied on a regularly scheduled basis. This means if we have a computer failure the imaged hard disk could be restored to a new computer or to a virtual machine. They manage all updates and maintenance.
