Jimmy holds numerous certifications from CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association), ETA-International (Electronics Technicians Association), Microsoft and Dell. He attended UL-Lafayette in the Electrical Engineering-Computer Option program and is a graduate of both Louisiana Technical College and Comeaux High School.

Jimmy’s areas of expertise include: Windows Client and Server Operating Systems; Mac OS X; Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair; Software Troubleshooting and Repair; Network Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting.

With almost 20 years of experience as a PC Technician, Jimmy has been an in-house Network Administrator for a local multi-location law firm where he specialized in: building, managing, and maintaining the networks -- a constant on VPN connection, dial-in VPN access, and email services for all three locations, as well as purchasing, managing, and maintaining all servers, workstations, laptops, portable devices, network devices, printers, copiers, faxes, and telephone systems. This vast experience has made him a sought-after technology problem solver and solution provider for his clients. One of his greatest assets is effectively communicating technology to his customers in laymen’s terms.

As a member of Business Networking International (BNI), Jimmy has been an active leader serving as President, Vice President, Membership Committee, Mentor Coordinator, and Visitor Host. He also served as an Acadiana Ambassador.

Through TeamLogic IT, Jimmy holds current membership in the Lafayette, Iberia, St. Landry and Vermilion Chambers of Commerce. He is a member of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) Alliance, and is a current member of several professional associations.

Before TeamLogic IT, Jimmy owned and operated a printing company, a building maintenance company and a lawn service. He has held positions in office management, inside sales, outside sales, graphics design, accounting, and in-house IT.

Janet is the first person you’ll meet at TeamLogic IT. She has been employed in the Acadiana market for over 25 years. Her experience ranges from management to delivery. With wealth of customer service experience comes a great deal of common sense and patience.

Before TeamLogic IT, Janet held positions in management, inside sales, service writing, dispatching, delivery and as front-office receptionist. She is a “Jackie” of all trades and her extensive knowledge shows in her ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Her calm professionalism and willingness to assist clients is her key to success.

Janet is lifelong resident of the Acadiana area and a graduate of Carencro High School.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette and an Associate’s degree in Information Technology from Louisiana Technical College. Scott graduated from Lafayette High School.

Scott is a Network Administrator with the talent, resources and dedication to offer TeamLogic IT clients A+ service. He is a master troubleshooter, has set up countless wired and wireless networks, implemented wireless security solutions, and managed email communications for his customers. He provides information and assistance to deliver exceptional customer service. Scott is experienced in hurricane disaster planning, execution and implementation for multiple customers.

Before TeamLogic IT, Scott was directly responsible for over 300 workstations and 15 servers using a variety of management techniques. He has effectively supported Level 1 techs in the field for over 20 companies and physical locations.

Scott has donated time to assist Habitat for Humanity in planning and implementing a new network from the ground up. He lives in the community, not off the community.

Crystal is an A+ Certified PC Technician. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University, and is a graduate of Acadiana High School. She has been an active member of Business Networking International (BNI), where she has held positions of President, Vice President and Education Coordinator of her local chapter.

Crystal is a seasoned sales professional bringing more than 8 years of telecommunications experience to TeamLogic IT. Her expertise is account management, sales engineering, DISC profile techniques and the ability to maintain successful relationships with her clients. Her greatest asset is effectively communicating technology to her customers in laymen’s terms.

Before TeamLogic IT, Crystal consistently maintained a customer base of over 300 clients in the telecommunications industry. She has always reached or exceeded her quotas, with her highest being 200% of quota in 2007. As a realtor, Crystal was also acknowledged in the local market, where she consistently earned elite status in the million dollar and multi-million dollar circles of excellence.

Crystal knows the importance of customers and how to effectively meet their needs.
