• Don Lowe

• Chief Executive Officer

Don Lowe is the CEO of Franchise Services, Inc. (FSI), the parent company of TeamLogic IT. He oversees all FSI companies. Previously, Mr. Lowe served as president of Sir Speedy, Inc. from April of 1981 to September of 1996. Under this leadership, the company was recognized as a Franchise of the Year by the IFA. Before joining Sir Speedy, Inc. he served as senior vice president of Kampgrounds of America (KOA), Inc. In 2004, Mr. Lowe was inducted into the Sales & Marketing Executives International Academy of Achievement Hall of Fame.

• Chuck Lennon

Chuck Lennon has been president of TeamLogic IT since its inception in 2004. Previously, from May 1999 to 2004, he was vice president of marketing for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc. a global franchise training company providing technical training to businesses around the world. Mr. Lennon also served as vice president of marketing for Sir Speedy, Inc. from 1996 through April 1999 and assistant vice president of marketing for Sir Speedy, Inc. from 1994 to 1996.

• Sally Coon

Sally Coon transferred to TeamLogic IT in 2008 after more than 10 years at Franchise Services, Inc., TeamLogic IT’s parent company. She has nearly 20 years experience in franchising including owning a mailing services franchise early in her career. After selling that business she joined AlphaGraphics as a business consultant and then joined Sir Speedy, Inc., in 1994 where held several positions including expeditor, business services manager, U.S. operations manager, assistant vice president, and vice president of franchise support and training.

• Vincent Plaza

• Vice President of IT

Vince Plaza first joined TeamLogic IT in 2004 as director of IT responsible for all maintenance and enhancements of the company’s Business Management Software System (BMSS). He was promoted to vice president in 2008. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Plaza is responsible for technology training with new TeamLogic IT franchisees. Before joining TeamLogic IT, Vince was director of IT for the national franchisor of Marie Calendar Pie Shops and was employed by Westwind Group, one of Burger King’s largest franchisees owning and operating over 100 Burger King restaurants nationwide. He also served as the director of IS for CKE Restaurants, franchisor of Carl’s Jr. restaurants.

• Victoria Brox

• Vice President of Franchise Development

Victoria Brox first joined TeamLogic IT in 2006 as director of franchise development and was promoted to vice president in 2009. She is responsible for the ongoing development of the TeamLogic IT network. Previously she worked as director of sales and development for Solana Medspas and Sona Medspa, building the franchise networks for these start-up companies. Victoria also had an early career with AlphaGraphics as their top salesperson and has many years of experience in marketing and new business development in a variety of industries.

• David Robidoux

David Robidoux joined the company in 2008 bringing with him more than 19 years of sales and marketing expertise in both offline and online strategy including website development and search engine marketing and optimization. Previously, David was responsible for marketing at several public and private companies including overseeing marketing communications and online/ecommerce strategy at First American CoreLogic and marketing communications at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
