You’ll Graduate from TeamLogic IT University

During six days of training at our Southern California training facility, you’ll learn all you need to know about how to operate your business using our four operating systems:

  • Employee Management: An employee is an investment. We can show you how to build and manage a team to help you build your business and achieve your goals.
  • Technology Management: We’ll teach you to efficiently use our systems so that you can profitably resolve your customer issues, and work within our time and labor-saving Business Management Software System.
  • Financial Management: Creating business success depends on developing a sound budget with forecasted revenue and expense projections. We can help you through effective estimating, forecasting and accounting processes.
  • Marketing and Sales Management: By using proven strategies and systems, you will identify prospective customers, network within your local business community, establish relationships with other small business owners, develop a customer base to help you grow your business.

Having the right plan is critical for growing your business from the outset. We’ll help you craft a business plan that will help guide you from your first day in business.

With our easy-to-follow business plan training and support, we’ll help you determine how to achieve your long and short-term goals by mapping out your day-to-day priorities in finance, marketing, our technology and your employees.

A well-executed business plan will help you target your customers so you can begin building your business immediately. It’ll help you forecast how much money you’ll need to create the level of growth you need. Through using it, you’ll learn how to integrate our market-leading technology into your day to day operations. And you’ll learn useful tools and techniques for motivating your employees to provide the best service in the marketplace.

We Support You Throughout the Life of Your Business

After the initial six-day training program, we’ll walk you step-by-step through the process of establishing your business. We’ll help you get your business license, lease your office, decide on signage, lease your automobile, determine who to hire, and more. You’ll be assigned to someone on our staff who will schedule weekly phone calls to get you through your business opening process.

Then you’ll have this person, and the rest of our experienced staff, to provide ongoing support in technology, operations, and sales & marketing throughout the life of your business. Our staff is always at the other end of the phone, ready to help when you need it.

We provide ongoing training via online Webinars, regional training sessions and our annual owners’ conference. During these times, you’ll get to meet and interact with other franchisees and learn from their successes, as well as be taught how to make the most of our newest technologies, receive sneak peeks at upcoming marketing materials, and hear how to grow your business based on where the market’s going.
