I really appreciate the almost immediate response. And also the link to Shareopoint that was provided. But I was not happy that there is another step to take to get to Sharepoint (it was easier when it was listed with other apps) but this has nothing to do with IT.

Matt was very professional on the phone and took the time to diagnose what was happening. He then conducted some trouble shooting to figure out a work around, then followed up with DASH only to discover they had an internal issue and had to reboot all of their servers which is what caused the lack of response we all were experiencing. He then called back to let me know the source of the problem. I appreciate his efforts and the time he took to diagnose the issue. Thank you
